I M A NEWBIE HELP NEEDED

Hello Seniors
i am gonna apply under cec still in the process of filling my application but there are a few sections that i am not sure what to fill in there.
1. on first page of APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENT IN CANADA (IMM 0008)
visa office requested for the process of your application ....... should it be chc baffelo?

2 Section 12 of the same application form (as above)
Education as i m just 10th passed. in our country it is called secondary/high school even certificate says i completed/passed high school/ but in canada secondary/ high school is considered passing 12th so which one should i check

3 back side of the same app form (as above) DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMEBERS.
doo i need to give my (principal applicant's) details as well.

4 form ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION ( IMM 5406)
do i need to add a saparate Ccopy of this for my wife as well.

5. there is a doc in docs check list's section 3 bullet number 3
''Proof of custody for children under age 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the juridiction of the court'' i did not get what exactly is that document.
I have a six yrs old son. is this applicable for me?

If you are currently living in Canada, yes, Buffalo. If not, then to the visa office for your region.

Not clear. Is 10th the final year for high school in your country?

This is if the mother of the child is not on the application (in the case of divorce, adoption, or some other reason that you and your wife do not have full legal custody).

I appreciate the fact from the core of my heart that you gave an elborated reply.
as you asked is passing 10th class of school called final year of high school?
Answer- Yes if we pass 10th it means we have completed high school passing 12th is called "intermediate"
even my certificate says "completed high school examination" can you suggest me any thing about this

similar case here..

got confused on what to enter in schedule A form for education.

i had completed high school (10th), 11 and 12 in my country.

Should i consider the 11 and 12 as high school in filling the cec application??

I did my primary school till grade 5 in one school and 6 to 10th in another school. no certificate will be there till grade 9 in our country. What dates should i mention in schedule A form in this case for secondary, college, university.

Kindly suggest..

You can also refer to the CIC Instruction guide available in the below link which will be helpful in filling up the application forms to some extent. And in addition to it, we have so many seniors who are extremely helpful in this forum. Hats off to all seniors
