I lost my rejection letter, From where I can get new one.

My friend has lost his Visa rejection letter. He applied in 2010. He Asked from his immigration agents also but they don't have the letter. Please let me know if there is any method to get the rejection letter. He Knows His Application number written on his passport.

Dear Buddy,

That's sad news. While, If you know your reason of rejection and your case no. mention it in Affadavte
to reprove your self, that these are fake reasons (mention that it is your second time if you want ) where the visa officer make it cross in the refusal letter.
