its just assumption:
most senior expert said that in these days the main reason of delay in process of visa for Canada is that
they are just watching about the applicant either the applicant is real owner of amount shown or not.
if he is the owner then how is strong except this money.
they are just delaying to check that. how is one sound without this money( bank statement ).

we dont have anything to do with processing time but can make some assumptions...hehhe

There can be a number of reasons:

1. Number of applicants (Which are comparatively very large for Fall Admission as compared to other semesters)
2. Sometimes your Application Credentials can require additional security checks.
3. Sometimes you can get a delay just on the basis of when they get your medical results (Me and my friend sent it the same day and I had to wait for 2 torturous weeks after he got his visa)

This article explains the reason why. We do things wrong every where and proudly say that we, Pakistanis, are expert in doing illegal things legally. Everybody knows us know so that is why we are less preferred everywhere and now Canada has also slowed the visa process for us just because of our own deeds.
