Hello.

I’m writing this email to let you know about my situation.

I get a job in Canada with Working Holiday Visa and I was considering immigrating to Canada as well That is the reason why I had worked 30 hours a week. Unfortunately, after I received an LMIA visa, I couldn’t have my second job.
For this reason, I couldn’t manage my living cost by myself but I tried my best to deal with this situation with 30hours working in a week. First place noticed that they can no longer pay me so I was trying to look for another job but because of my LMIA visa status, I cannot do anything.
I explain to my boss who is the owner of my first workplace that I keep wanting to work in this place. That is the reason I started getting my less payment and keep working in this first workplace from 18th Feb. This is also suggested by the owner. However, the owner says that I need to double think about this suggestion so I decided to apply ROE from 24th Feb.

This means, because of my financial issue, I wanted to apply for ROE but even though the owner is aware of my visa status, she wrote my status as “I left this workplace with my willing.”

In a nutshell, I have shown my willingness that I want to work in this place but the owner noticed me that she cannot work with me anymore because of her store’s financial issues. Unfortunately, because of LMIA, I cannot move to another place so I ask another solution to my boss but she did not do anything.

That is the main reason why I applied for ROE but my boss wrote it as I left this store with my will. I cannot accept this situation.

Is it okay to report this problem to Service Canada?

Thank you for your time.
