Currently, there is no age limit to CEC.

There is a proposal to change the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) class to favor younger over older workers; currently the point system awards an increasing number of points to older workers, up to the age of 50 (then no points). If approved, this change will reverse that.

I have NOT heard of any such proposals for the CEC class. There is no point system for CEC. But it is not impossible, changes can be made at any time.

Are the CEC changes going to be retrospectively ?

If I start a MBA degree now when CEC has no agelimit , can the age limit be imposed by the time I apply 3 years later.
