Hi, I submit my Study Application around the end of November 2022. and received my visa in early December of the same year.
I came as a post-grad diploma Student with a 1-year study for the 1st year + 1-year work for the 2nd year.
I got a STUDY PERMIT and a WORK PERMIT (CO-OP) at the airport when I arrived in March 2023.
I need clarification if I am allowed to work more than 20 hours with another job other than co-op in my 1st year for additional income.
I got classmates who work full-time. But the college admission mentioned the other way.
I visited ServiceCanada to double-check my permit; the lady said I was allowed more than 20 hours of work, but I needed to call immigration to be sure. It's been my 3rd day calling them multiple times, and I still didn't get any chance yet.
