I havent recieved AOR yet, should I go for ECA right now?

????? If you don't provide all your documents within 60 days from your ITA date then the invitation is canceled and you will be banned for 5 years!

But WES sends the evaluation report directly to the immigration, i haven't even received the AOR yet, what fun is it to send them the evaluation right now when they don't even have a single document from me?
