Quick question guys, please help us.
So I came to study 2 years and ended this last December. I already got my graduation letter so I have to apply for a PGWP for 3 years.
My wife got her Open Work Permit but she only got it until June 2024 because her passport will expire then.
We were told that before hers expired, she needed to get a new one and then apply for an extension linked to my PGWP. However, now that I have to apply for the PGWP, I can apply with her.
My question is.
Is it better if I apply alone and she applies for a permit "linked to mine" when she gets her new passport? Or is it better if we apply together now, she gets her new WP (if) but it's already linked to mine, and it might be easier to apply for extension?
Please help us.
