I have some questions please help me find the answers

hi all

it a long time i did not log in i was a fan of this website and i still
now im in manitoba thanks Allah and i started looking for job me and my husband
we are facing some financial problems at the starts but as long as we know that later we r going to settle down and have a good future .
we were provincial nominee and now we are permanents residents.


my question is this:

1/ afte one year iam planing to bring my brother as a provincial nominee or arranged marriage whatever im looking for to bring him here.

and i heard that now the application is 5 years long not as it was when i came me and my husband
and also they have interviews and he must know the language
im asking if i found a girl from the same country as me can i arrang a marriage and bring him here...iam not saying he will divorce his wife after she bring him but i can found a good bride for my brother and theycan stay together and live together .ii know my brother is a good person and will be a good husband .


anyway im sorry i interfer you in a long story but this my dearest brother and i really want him beside me and want to see him happy here .

If you sponsor your brother through the Manitoba nominee program, then yes, he must know English. See the full requirements here:

Y dont you sponsor your brother if you apply online it will take less than an year to process the whole thing.
