I have resident permit of LATVIA can i travel to canada without a canadian visa?

Hi i have Resident permit of latvia which allow me to travel to all schengen states without visa and i know a latvian citizen can travel to canada without canadian visa but i want to know a latvian resident permit holder can travel to canada without visa?

Hi, you need to apply for VISA before travelling to Canada.
