If I have received a departure order, and the sponsorship application that I submitted before receiving the departure order, was returned to me because some documents were missing, then should I still resend my application with all the remaining documents?

Also, if my application gets rejected, will I get the chance to appeal for it and is it possible to reapply for sponsorship again?

What kind of removal order did you receive?

there's nothing stopping you from re-applying. just know that doesn't mean you are free to ignore the removal order, and you may be subject to further action.

if you apply inland, there is no ability to appeal, and leaving canada will void your application since you will not be allowed back into canada without permission from immigration.

you can only appeal if you submit an outland application, and your application will still be active if/when you choose to comply with the removal order. note, if the removal order includes an exclusion period where you are not allowed to enter canada, your outland application will most likely held for processing and won't be approved until a) you are approved for an ARC (thus allowed to come back to canada) or b) the exclusion period ends.
