In order to grant you permanent residence you must provide us with satisfactory original identity
documents. All applicants must provide their original valid passport at the landing interview.

You must attend the interview with the following:
Your own interpreter if required
2 photos for each person on this application taken within the last 12 months- see enclosed
appendix for specifications

Persons being landed as convention refugees (CR} and their dependents must provide the originals of
the documents sent to the CPC VEGREVILLE. if you are a CR and are unable to provide those documents
you may present any 2 of the following items (They must be issued by the government of your country

1. Me and my sister are her dependents. We are in the Philippines now. Do we also need to submit our passport or any other identity documents on my mom interview for permanent residency?
2. Do you have any ideas what are the questions to be asked?
3. Do you know what will happen after the interview?

Hoping for your answers. Thanks in advance.

Hi:

YOu don't provide enough information to get a good answer...
What kind of application she has ?
is it a sponsorship application... Is your Dad applying for her.... ???
Seems like she is in Canada already,
But the type of questions will depend on the kind of application....

If they asked for all the passport, will be better if you send yours also,
I believe that in order to process the Permanent Residency Visa the passport is required,

Again, the questions will depend on her case,
she can expect to have the questions in her application
to be asked again, and answers should remain the same...

Good luck

thanks awesomeg for trying to answer my questions. Sorry for not clearing out my concern.

I and my sister are in the philippines. I am 25 years old and my sister was 24 years of age. We are currently enrolled right now because we are her dependents. My mom was a live in caregiver at canada. She was applying for Permanent residency as well as family sponsorship.

IF my mom will be a permanent resisdent in Canada. ARe we also considered to be a permanent resident too?
