Hi
As you are no longer working for the employer who offered you a Permanent job when you became a PR, I think that when the processing office checks and finds you are no longer working for that employer, they will refuse.
I think you're required to inform them of any change in your employment circumstances.
My advice is to find another job in Skill Categories 0, A or B as very soon as possible. Also, if you entered Canada on the basis of the job offer, and you are no longer working there, then you may find you are currently out of status. It is highly inadvisable to remain out of status for very long (they look on this very unfavourably).
I assume you mean you were working on a TWP with LMO? With an AOE you would have residency before you started the job.
The fact you still have 77 points without the job offer means nothing, since without the job you are not eligible for residency.
They will almost certainly check the status of the job during processing, and certainly it they will fail your application if you are not working in an eligible job at the time they make their decision.
I think what you need to do now is 2 things:
a) Inform CIC of your job situation (this will look a lot better than them finding out for themselves when they check) and that you are making all endeavours to secure alternative employment. They will hopefully inform you of the length of time they are prepared to give you in order to find another job.
b) Try to find another job with an LMO which is in Skill Types 0, A or B as soon as possible.
I wish you the best of luck.
Wayne.
