Can anybody answer me please.

Firstly, Nowadays is PNP (in specific AINP) Faster or FSW is processing faster?

Secondly, if I apply through PNP what is the drawback ? Can I go outside the province for work or are there restrictions ?

Lastly but not the least, if I have a job offer then can I sponsor one of my parents through the same application that I am applying on to process their case faster with me ? Is it possible somehow ?please let me know?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
From what I've seen of Alberta timelines, it ends up being about the same. AINP is taking up to 10 months now or so I've heard. Then you have to do the federal process but it's quicker than FSW if you have PNP. But the combination of the two could end up the same. Secondly, if you get PNP from a province, it means you have a job offer from an employer who has supported you for PNP. You are expected to work for that employer when you arrive in Canada. Now nobody can MAKE you work for anyone but if CIC found out that you didn't intend to take the job you were nominated for, the nomination would be cancelled and your application refused. Yes, you can work in a different province if you want to AFTER you have obtained PR. You question is really convoluted because it is wrong to use an employer who supported you for PNP and then not take the job when you have obtained PR. However, if you are going through the family stream for Alberta, you should ask this question on the PNP topic. I'm not sure what, if any, provincial residency requirements there are through that stream. I haven't researched it yet because I'm not doing any work there at the moment.

No, you cannot include your parents in your application for PR to Canada. If you are successful in obtaining PR, you can sponsor your parents after you land in Canada and meet the eligibility requirements.
