Please conform me this offer is real or fake... Please help me...

Working Duration: (5) Years renewable.
You shall have the following facilities throughout your service in my farm:
A) A private Condo accommodation
B) A Fixed land phone and an Internet ready computer.
C) A postpaid mobile phone
D) Free feeding and medical care.
E) Official car with maintenance.
F) Eight weeks fully paid home leave in a year.
WORKING HOURS
You will be working From 8:am to 12
m in the afternoon and from 2m to 4:30 pm in the evening (Monday through Saturday)
SALARY SCALE.
SALARY $15,500 Canadian Dollar MONTHLY, Plus $200 Canadian Dollar

1)I shall forward the documents to Citizenship and Immigration Canada( CIC ).
2)other documents to facilitate this visa as demanded by Citizenship
and Immigration Canada for Work permit/visa procurement shall be sent
by me
A)LETTER OF ATTESTATION FROM EMPLOYER
B)FUNDED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT FROM Commercial Bank of Canada
C)TAX CLEARANCE DUE UPDATED
D)AFFIDAVIT FROM THE CANADIAN HIGH COURT.
All these documents i shall send along with your attached documents to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada. With which the Processing officer will contact you for
the Processing of your work permit/visa.
REMARK: AIR TICKET WILL BE PAID BY ME.
NOTE: You will be responsible for your visa / Work Permit fee. I'm willing to render you assistance on the procedure of your Visa / Work Permit. A consultant agent
from Citizenship and Immigration Canada, will be introduced to you, he has been the one who has been assisting my friend to bring workers from different part of Asia
countries to his Farm in Quebec. Please do not accept the contract if you cannot afford to pay for your visa processing with the Traveling Consultant when needed,
