I have CRS of 402, How should I proceed further ?

I have seen that minimum recent draw for ITA was 440 and my score comes to 402, Should I go forward and apply or reattempt IELTS to improve my score?

Submit profile from now and improve IELTS. As cut off dates are crucial also to securing an ITA.
Example,
Your profile maybe created September 11 and you improved your IELTS October 10 to lets say 442. Then the draw happens and the score is 442 a cut off date of September 15. Your profile will be selected but if you waited until
October 10 to create the profile then you would have missed the cut off date. It’s better to submit the profile and keep trying to improve your score.

There’s no schedule for draws.
They most time happen every two weeks on a Wednesday. Not sure about PNP. There’s a thread dedicated to that so maybe do some research there.

For PNP, you will have to mention your NOC CODE which we need to check is in demand under which Province.
