I have complications opening the pdf file for citizenship application

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing complications in opening the PDF file ?

I click on it and it shows me please wait ..
My laptop is new and I downloaded pdf ..

any advice?

Right click and go to "save target as" and save it to your computer. You should then be able to open it. Make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe installed.

Which browser are you using and what version of Adobe? It's a compatibility issue. This definitely works with Internet Explorer.

I tried Internet Explorer man,
I downloaded pdf
maybe I need different pdf?

It's compatible with adobe acrobat reader dc. Older versions won't work.
