I have completed my Landing process and received COPR but my wife in India has not received PPR

Hello everyone,
I completed my Landing process at Hamilton IRCC office on 7th Jan 2020 and received my COPR but my wife in India hasnt received instruction to submit her passport to VFS office in India. Does anyone know how much time it usually takes or if anyone is in same boat? Appreciate your help. Thanks!
