I have around 8 years of skilled work experience in total.

But for one of the company back in India,I do not have work experience letter.

What to do in that case

What to do in that case

If such work experience does not affect your CRS score and/or eligibility then remove it from work history and add it only in the personal history section once you receive your ITA.

No proof of employment will be required.
