I have applied for Quebec Immigration but is it necessary to land in Quebec?

Hello,
I have applied for Quebec Immigration and have the following question:

Upon receiving my Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) do I need to land in Montreal or can I land in Ontario and take the train to Montreal?

There is a direct flight from my place to Toronto but unfortunately no direct flight to Montreal, which is why I am asking this question.

I have received different answers and wanted to know whether any of you would know about this.

Hello Malmo,

Yes you can take the flight to Toronto, but tender ur papers for landing to the immigration office in Monreal.
