Do we need to pursue the job with the same employer which had been offered as arranged employment once we got permanent residency? What I mean is could we resign that job after 1 or 2 month and get another?
In this case I consider the pr you got was not given based on the Job offer. Have you already started working with the company.

If a company offered you a job and thats why you got the PR then you are bound to the terms and condifition of employment and you will need to inform the cic. If you had applied for your PR independently and the employer did not help you in getting the PR you are at free will to do anything as your current status is not bound with the company you are working for and their fore you could resign on the basis of terms and condition of employment.
