I created one we on 1 Nov. Entered 2 details wrong. Like put husband's surname as NA nd didn't put my old passports no. withdrawn it and made new after 3 hours . With new e-mail I'd . While make new EE I frankly added old profile no and file no. WE cant le to them. If ur problem is similar to me then truly mention it, it is preliminary step nd all computer generated.
