I have almost 18 years of work experience. Is it still possible to be approved for a post graduate program?

I have almost 18 years of work experience. My highest educational attainment is a Bachelor's degree.
What are the chances that you can be approved for a post graduate program? Is it doable, or is a Master's degree more advisable? Thanks.
