You should be able to produce certificates of incorporation, tax returns, bank statements, TDS certificates, (for proof of revenue generation) and reference letters from clients.

Since, you are a proprietorship firm, you won't have a certificate of incorporation or a partnership deed. In that case, a GST certificate in the name of your firm or a shop license will work.
