I have a job offer- what do I do next?

Hello everyone, I'm pretty confused and need some help:
I'm a doctor and am about to receive an official job offer from a hospital in Alberta, after they were unable to find a Canadian citizen to fill that position. I'll be moving there in June. Am I about to "be processed" through the PNP program? Could anybody tell me what is the full process that I have to go through? What measures I have to take? And most important-how long will it take me to receive permanent residency (are there things I can do to speed things up?)

Congratulations on your job offer!

I think its all down to the employer now but not entirely sure what the exact process is. Check on www.cic.gc.ca which highlights exactly what you have to do now.

You are probably going to come in Alberta s AINP,You get your provincial nomination BEFORE you apply for your work visa.Sorry mdoc but that is the procedure for Provincial Nominations
