U need to read about the immigration processes (forget about consultants, do it yourself).
SAVE MORE MONEY. You will need proof of funds for when you arrive in Canada, and money in your "pockets" for when you apply (pay fees, translation services, mail, and so on).
Practice your english and get IELTS.

Best advice possible, READ about all the programs you can, and find out which ones u can apply for.

Hi udhaichoudhary

You try to get IELTS Band score 6 in each moduls. In the mean time also you start your
Educational Credential Assessement. Then You apply in Express Entry Profile under Federal Skilled worker category. You can get opportunity from canadian employer by above mentioned reason. Otherwiser you can get your PR
