I have 362 score in EE. Am I eligible to apply for PNP

Hey

I have 362 score in EE. I am in pool now. But I don't see any hope in receiving ITA. Should I apply for PNP programs? I have seen few PNP requirements where it is mentioned that they themselves will call me from EE pool, if I have score above 400. Is that the end of hope for me? Any other ways? Can someone guide me?

Below is my point table:
Age (28 - Unmarried) - 110
Education (BTech - Computer Engineering) - 120
First Language (IELTS) - 94
Skill Transferability (Education) - 13
Skill Transferability (Foreign Work Experience - 6yrs) - 25

Just wanted to check if I have selected all regions while applying for EE, do I need to apply for PNP explicitly for different regions and in their websites. What I believe is they will call me from EE pool if I have selected regions and need not to apply explicitly. Kindly let me know.
