Have you already obtain a TRV? You need an approved TRV to board your flight to Canada and transit through Toronto.

Yes - you can claim asylum on transit.

They won't let you on the flight to Canada without a TRV. You need to get a TRV if you want to claim asylum.

Again, without a TRV you won't even be allowed on the flight to Canada. No one is going to deport you. Because without a TRV, you're not going to be able to take your trip at all.

Correct. Once you are in London, you will be refused boarding. Doesn't matter that you have a confirmed ticket. One final time - you need a TRV.

The TRV is something you need to apply for in advance - before you take your trip. If the TRV is not approved, then there's no point taking your trip since you'll be refused boarding in London and will need to return home.

If you want to claim asylum from outside of Canada, then you need to be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR first - and then selected for resettlement in Canada.
