I hav done m.sc biotech and my noc is 1241

Hi everyone,
I hav done m.sc in biotech and my noc is 1241 with 9 years of experience.
My CRS is 459
Kindly let me know
1. Can i apply for SINP , and if yes den wont it create issues of mismatch of job with education?
2. Is dere any chance in any other provinve with dis NOC?
3. Does noc 1241 requires any specific degree or diploma for any PNP? Or just 12th pass is required?

1. It will create issues unless the job is related to biotech, and having a masters when the NOC requires no post secondary education. Is the NOC in SINP draws.
2. Alberta but the province doesn’t post NOCs
3. No post secondary required.
