I got two times of rejection for Canada visa

After two times of rejection, what should be my next strategy? Should I go for reconsideration or a new application?
I have 7.5 bands. I did PGDM from India and already completed 2 semesters remotely in Global Business Management from Georgian college. Now, I am completely stuck without a study permit.

Medical: 29th May
Biometrics: Not updated
Review: 26th June
Refusal: 26th June 2021
Reasons: Funds, don't leave Canada, Course doesn't match, future prospect and plans

2) Second Application: 27th August 2021
Medical: 22nd October
Bio: Not updated
Review: 4th November 2021
Refusal: 4th November 2021
Reason: Don't leave Canada

I am literally frustrated now. Please help me with what to do?

Again tells us nothing. What is your age, past education, current job, funds etc. Order GCMS notes. “Don’t leave Canada” means that officers don’t believe you are a genuine student and are using permit to gain PR. Again you shouldn’t have started studying.

The wrong decision was taken during the COVID pandemic in overconfidence that we will get it. Any suggestions?

So you will need to address the issues of not leaving Canada then. Show why the program leads to better paying job and career in home country. Show how it builds on your current education. All the best.

You were refused because you were trying to use a study permit to get into Canada to stay permanently, and not using it for studies?

without details, we will speculate. Decision to start studying prior to your SP approval shouldn't frustrate you..Its a choice. You decided to continue studying after your first rejection and second rejection. Best advice is to continue studying and complete your Program Remotely...
