I got this email and they are offering me job in canada. Is this real or scam. Plz help

Fake. There are no ACKO hotels in Canada. Don’t even know if it exists since the website is fake.

This is a big red flag. This offer is fake. It also sounds like they think your resume matches with the job offer BUT they don't even have your application form nor the education certificate!! Did they interview you before a job offer?

A few minutes ago, I had a go at calling the above number. It's area code 416, so Toronto, Ontario and vicinity. I called from the west coast, at 10:30 a.m., so that would be 1:30 p.m. in area code 416 locale. I really wanted to have an enlightening conversation with Mr. Ethan Donald. His name alone inspires confidence and makes him sound like a nice guy. I was very disappointed when the line rang twice, then went dead. Second try got same results.

I had hoped to ask Mr. Donald a number of questions, including:

1. Is this a training program, a real job, or..."?
2. How are you to provide "answers to the interview questions"? Did they somehow "send" you an "interview"? A bit strange.
3. "Two colored photo size". Why U.S. spelling for "coloured" and photo size what? No size is given.
3. What the heck is an "educational certificate"?
4. Copies of "international passport". Are passports now classified as national, international, regional, local, or what?
5. I was excited to learn details of the "free air ticket" and, better yet, "free accommodation". Rent is expensive in area code 416, so that's a great deal. Would it be a nice house, with a backyard, for you, your large family and dogs?

Those are but a few matters I had hoped to review with the elusive Mr. Donald.

Perhaps @Naturgrl or @YVR123 could give calling Mr. Donald a try. Maybe he could tell that my call was coming from a "Newbie" here, under moderation, on a short lead, and unworthy of his time.
