I got the 2nd AOR

Hi,

What does 2nd AOR means?and why they gave us second fill number?

I received my 2nd AOR two days ago by the regular mail and they said that within one year they will start process my case and I should contact them after 8 month if they don't contact me during this 8 months.

then what about the interview? do they require an interview to anyone who got the 2nd AOR?.

Hi , AOR= Acknowledgement of Receipt

It is a standard rply from CIC to all immigrants, so dont get disappointed... regarding interview, it is not necessary that you will get interview call.....most of the time they do interview if doubt on applicant... most probably waived
