Hi im Rejz, i just want to share regarding my situation, im a cook in Saskatchewan, i have my nomination under SINP, while waiting for a new Work Permit(new employer) i lost my status so i went home and change my status.. my problem my first apply of my WP they refused me, my employer paid the compliance fee, and i noticed that my name was mis spelled, so i tell them to correct my name, they fixed it, without knowing that they pay again for another, compliance fee.. after months waiting for the new work permit, i got my refusal, cic said that they didnt found a job offer, under my name, so we fixed it again, while waiting... i lost my status..so i went home, and i change my status into outside Canada,my question here is how many months do i have to wait again for my new work permit? Im outside the Canada. And can you give me a best advice, And what would be my next step? And please kindly state, so i have my guide. Thank you

So let me get this straight. Okay your employer paid and submit LMIA exempt job offer to CIC the first time. And you got the LMIA Exempt # for it right? But you noticed your name is spelt wrong so your employer withdraw the job offer and submitted new one with paying the compliance fee the second time? they didnt withdraw the job offer, we didnt withdraw anything.. i dunno what really happened inside.. the CIC send me a letter says that they didnt found my name under the name of the establishment.. and my employerthey paid 2 compliance fee, the first one is mis spelled, and they pay again, and they put my name correctly. but they didnt told me that they paid 2 times.. so maybe thats the reason why they refused my work permit..so now we fixed it already, Nov 30th i recieved my AOR.(outside Canada)

i applied a WP again, 2nd time.. and nowb i got the AOR of Work Permit last Nocember 30,2016 from cic. so im wondrin if how many months again need to wait for Work Permit? since they got already my papers..

Since you applied outland, it depends which country are you from. You can check their processing time on CIC.

Right now current processing time for the Philippines is 12 weeks. You must wait for medical request from CIC if they think you need one. They will send you an email about it. And you have to apply for a temporary resident visa because you cannot re-enter Canada with only your work permit.Rejinald B.E said:
