i got my medical test done with ma family.

Hello, me and my family took the medical test, (me 30 years, my wife 32 years, our kid 2 years). On our cic board only my application has ''submitted'' and ''passed'' status and my family has ''your action is required''. Can somebody tell me why? what does that means? could it be that we all passed and they only updated my profile.
