Date is mentioned on it in the middle of aug 2010.

My BFD is 17/11/2010 lets wait till the end of the month and see what will happen.

I want to get caipsnotes but confused which one is good, most of all use Caipsnotes.com but they charge $40 and send the report in 6-7 weeks, I have read about Lawpoint charging only $25 and report in 45 days.

As u know thier is lot of scam on Internet, did anyone use Lawpoint service, what is the feedback.

Also should I apply at this stage looking to my timeline.

Plz guide!

Its up to you that you want to apply or not on this stage.

I think caipsnotes.com is reliable. Because if you have any problem you just email them and they reply you in 24 hours and also they provide you tracking service and if in future you again apply for caips notes they will give you concession.

I also ask some question from lawpoint but not a single time they reply me and i think they want paypal account.

Hello Everyone,

I just received my CAIPS notes this morning. I have the follwong queires/concerns :

1- Is it normal to see " IMM 1017S requested on 20/09/2010 ? (As I understand it referes to Medical request)!

2- What is meany by " PAPER FILE SENT TO PPS FILE BFD TO : PCL ON 04-11-2010 " ?

3- They have created another Client ID number for my newly born child after aknowledging that they took her fees. My wife was included in my initial application to CIO but they did not create a Client ID number for her, also her passport number and its expiry dates are not enterd.ALL other related information to her (Name , DOB , relation to main applicant , educ ,, ect...) is in the system, Any experience with that ?

4- My wife official language code is 1 which referes to English, however we mentioned in the application clearely that she can communicate only in French. is it a serious error from their side ? , do we have to notify them or not ?

4- In The immigration assessment record summary, Only 10 points for age was awarded anf Zeros in all other factors ( Including Funds) !, Is it normal ?

that's not true..... I was asked for document.... and the day documents were added to file, next BFD for my file was after 4 months from that day... It depends on visa office, e.g. If someone's security check is going on & can take more time, that file's BFD could come even after much more days.

All other factors were 0 , I think my application was not assessed yet at this point of time
