There is limited knowledge i have about that.
What i know is there are two types of LMO's. In one type you have to declare the employee's name while putting up the application and in the other, it is not required i.e. the employer can declare it AFTER receiving an LMO upon actually bringing up the employee. I kind of forgot the different terms of each, but i am certain i read about those on the cic website, so you can google the details.
Personally, i am a software engineer by profession and the LMO i received did contain my name as indicated in advance by my employer. But i believe the other type should be fine with you as well.
CLARIFICATION: LMO is issued to the company and the applicant is the company, usually it is from a person like the company's VP or CEO addressed to the Canadian authorities. But one type contains the name of recipient of LMO while the other does not. The one i had contained all sorts of details, my name, Date of birth, passport number, even the salary i was being offered in Canada etc. But i do know that there is an alternate type as well
