hi i got deported from united states for being out of status for my student visa. i was out of status cause i got sick and could not attend classes. i got volunteer departure and i didn't took it. i don't have any aggravated felony or any another charges except for driving with suspended license, which got suspended for having more than 15 points. if i want to apply for a student visa will i get denied just cause i got deported from united states? i will really appreciate if i get question answered?

The visa officer will take into account your travel and immigration history when assessing your application.
What that assessment might be, we cannot say, especially if you were to provide good reasons for your actions.
