I got approved for a positive LMO but my caregiver got declined. Please HELP

I just got a notice from my caregiver that her visa application was denied due to financials. This is so frustrating, i have been waiting 8 months and the letter states that it was due to my finances. If it was due to my finances why was I approved for a LMO to begin with. Isnt that one of the requirements to apply for an LMO.
Please if there is anyone that can provide me insight on what i can do to get my nanny instead of doing this wrong entire process all over again. Can I appeal the decision?

It doesn't really seem to make sense that you were approved back then and 'disapproved' later on. Were there any major changes to minimum wage or any other financial requirement included in the program's process during those 8 months?

Same situation with my best friend. Her employer is her sister. Her sister got a psitive lmo, hence after almost a year of waiting and submitted all the additional documents requested, my best friend got a refusal letter because the VO was not satisfied with the financial status of the employer
