I am an student and i had coming to canada in 2018 and at that time i was single and in 2019 i got married and i was recieving my GST credits because I haven’t update my profile and than now i got an email that i have to pay $1026 for GST/HST returns but i haven’t received that much of GST returns at all. Now what i have to do i just don’t understand. Can someone please help me in this.
 
This sounds like a scam email. The CRA will not randomly contact you to demand payment.

Log into your CRA account online. That's the best way to determine if the message is real or not.

As mentioned above, MyCRA account will have the info.
Login there, don't open links provided in the emails or message you recieved asking you to pay.
 
Actully its real its actual in my CRA account notice box

In that case you owe the money. It's probably not just GST/HST credits but also the fact that you failed to update your marital status and include your spouse's income. They've probably recalculated your return. The details should be in the message. If you disagree with the amount, the best option is to pay the money they are requesting and then try to argue that it should be reduced. If you hold off paying, the amount will increase due to late penalties.

You owe tax on the previous year that you have to pay
