I submitted my Express Entry profile in November, 2019 with CRS Score of 456. Then, I got married in March, 2020 and even though I updated my EE profile I still received and ITA based on my original CRS score. Now the question here is how should I proceed?
My husband has a bachelor's degree from India (which is not evaluated yet) and he has not appeared for any language tests either. He also, has a 2-year Canadian Diploma and is currently on an Open Work-Permit.
Due to Covid-19 lock-down it has almost became impossible to get the degree evaluation and/or appearing for language tests.
I have 90 days to either accept or decline the ITA. What are my options here? Can I apply without him accompanying me, what will be the consequences?
