I have a problem. my immigration lawyer helped me to apply for the sponsorship under the H&C grounds (there were some reasons which my husband could't sponsor me under the family class). It has been taken almost 7 months, there is still no any news even don't have the file number yet...i am so STRESSFUL and getting DEPRESSED every day. So, I decide to reapply the sponsorship under the family class. But, when i am double checking the eligibility of sponsor, I found there is a sentence said " have already applied to sponsor your current spouse or partner and haven’t received a decision.", I really confused about it. Does it mean you can not apply it again based on you already applied for the sponsorship and haven't make decision yet (which means re-apply for the sponsorship)? Can I apply for sponsorship now? I don't really want to wait for the H&C grounds, it could take up to 7 years to process...
