i got 6.0 in ielts but i want 7.5 please help - General Training

Before appearing for the test I studied almost 45 ielts test papers from Cambridge books and many tips and tricks from famous websites

Now I am planning to write ielts after 1 month - please give best advises for preparing and to reach 7.5

Need advices about following -
1) study plan
2) daily study Routine
3) How to improve Speaking
4) How to improve writing
5) How to improve Reading
6) How to improve listening
