,,i get ita 2 days ago,, i put 17k in funds,, 9k is under my name,, the other is joint acc with parent,, i am thinking to change joint to my name,, and ask my Father for gift deed,is this allowed ? ?

money in joint acc is under my acc untill 2015,, I can proof this with bank statement ,, it is transfer to joint for safe keep (from 2015 is untouched)

I ask some forum people but i Need to confirm as am very worried (

thanks delpiero,, as i am seeing different response from people,, ok so i will do following::
(1) change joint to my name
(2) have parent gift deed
(3) proof bank statements in money transfer to joint
(4) show bank statements of Both accs


correct ??
