i dont understand!! please help me!!

hi every one !!
I applied for a new study permit while I'm in Canada I got approved which is valid, and I want my home for the summer and I applied for a new visa on paper at my country still not got it, after one month and today I cheek my application online and I see that the same application that I got approved for new study permit that I applied in Canada its invalid which drive me so crazy, I don't knew what to do!!

what I did last three weeks I sand email to cic that tell them I have been over three weeks don't get a hard copy for my study permit by mail to the address I pot in my application and they sand me this email:

I apply for a study permit, by the way today I got a new email from them update that I got a new study permit with a new number its so confused from them

So you applied for 2 study permit? One in Canada and another one back home?? Why did you do that. No wonder CIC was confused...
You should have applied in Canada and wait for them to mail you the study permit before leaving

No no I apply for one, and I don't get it. I sand email to them that I don't receive it until now, so you think it's lose it by Mail, and they cancelled the older one and
