I don't have a way to submit Schedule A but I was asked to

Hey everyone,

I was asked to re-submit schedule A for a second time, as well as a copy of my new passport. I'm not sure if the officer made a mistake but in the forms, I have 2 documents to submit and they're both for Passport.

I keep calling IRCC but they don't respond. What should I do in this case?
