I do not understand form 5406 Additional family information

Hi,
I do not understand how much of this form we need to complete, other than my wife's information, as I am ONLY sponsoring my wife.
I am a Canadian citizen. I want to sponsor my Korean wife.
She has 2 grown children (not dependent) and 5 brothers and sisters ALL living in S. Korea. I'm confused if we need to fill in information for her children and her siblings; it seems that is just for 'potential' family members who might want to be sponsored later, but, this would NOT apply to us, as far as I can see.
Any thought are much appreciated.

5406 is for additional family information. Those are very basic information for each person. You need to put down as much as you know for her family members. Potential family members (i.e. dependents) have longer forms to fill. (e.g. 5669, 0008DEP)
