I didn't apply for OCWP and waiting for PGWP.

Even if the visa came late, the starting date of PGWP is used to be before I receive, isn't it?

I'm expecting PGWP opens from July 1st because my friends' OCWPs expire in June 30th.

Does anyone know when does PGWP start? or I never know until I get? (I approximately applied a month ago.)

you don't know until you get it...

but you can call CIC and ask them if they have issued it because it takes about 1-2 weeks for you to receive it but they put the issue date before the 1-2 weeks.
