I cant reach an agent.

Hi All

So today i wanted to speak to an Agent about my application (still havent recieved the AOR1 email after the application being in Mississauga for 2 weeks) so i called the telephone number provided on the CIC website.

I cant seem to find an option to speak to an agent.

Normally pressing 0 or * would allow me to speak to an agent when calling other call centers. I tried that but it was invalid.

I called at 11am using my cellphone.

Can anybody assist me?
Is there a trick to this?

You don't generally recieve AOR at at least 3 weeks
