I can't check my application in ECAS

Hi everyone,
Just i need a little help
I applied through FSWP in the last of december 2014 through an agent, my application was received and I received a positive determination for my application to be processed in March 2015, since then I have heard no news.
The problem is that I can't access my ECAS to check my application process and I really need a help for this, so, if any body knows where the problem exactly I would be very appreciated

Send a mail to web-tech-support @ cic.gc.ca explaining that you have no e-CAS access. You might be required to send the bio data page of the PA, but they'll fix the issue for you.
