I CAN'T ACCESS MY MESSAGES! Please help :(

Hey guys,

I've applied for a temp work permit and have received an email from CIC telling me there is a message in my CIC message. The only probelm is when I go to read it I cant even log in to my profile! This is what I'm doing:
1. Go to CIC website
2. My application-main page
3. Paid authorized representatives
4. Enter username and password, log in
5. Continue

Then! instead of my profile appearing a page comes up that looks like this:

this on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reasons:

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.

Please try again later.
DÉSOLÉ...

ce service en ligne est présentement non disponible.

Explications possibles :

I've seriously been trying for weeks at all times of the day and night and NOTHING! It's really hard as I'm meant to be in Canada in 3 weeks. If anyone is having this issue please help me I'm at my wits end! I've tried on various computers, laptops etc and it is still giving me the same message. Is there another way to check my messages?

Any info would be amazing thanks guys

Also, I'm in Australia. Are these the correct steps to check my messages? I was able to view them a few weeks ago. Now it's as though the Online Services page is down. I know online servies was getting upgraded but I haven't been checking within those upgrade periods
